Sar-El Growth (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the in-house digital partner of the Sarel Group, operating this website and the AI-assisted tools we build for the Group's brands. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Contact details you give us directly — for example, if you email us to start a conversation about a project.
• Conversation and lead-form data — where one of our AI chat agents is embedded on a client's website, visitors may submit a name, email, and project details through that agent's lead form. That information is collected on behalf of, and belongs to, the client operating that agent — it is not collected by this marketing site.
• Account information — if you sign in to our console as a member of our team or a client organization, our authentication provider processes your email address and basic account details to manage that sign-in.

• To respond to inquiries sent to us directly.
• To operate, secure, and improve the AI agents and console we build and run for client organizations.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate our platform, including:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers that run our website and console.
• The AI model provider that generates responses inside our chat agents.
• Where a client has connected their own CRM (for example, to receive leads captured by their agent), the information that visitor submitted is forwarded there at that client's direction.
• Our authentication provider, for console account sign-in.

Each of these providers only receives what it needs to perform its function.

We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected for — generally, for the duration of our relationship with a client plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete information at any time; see “Your rights” below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Our website and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
